For courses with tutorials, students are divided into groups. We create the groups in Osiris based on the timetable. For an overview of the groups and the students enrolled, see this page.

Increase numbers and/or relocate students

A maximum number of participants is set for all groups. When groups are full, students can no longer register themselves via Osiris. Through the information desk, they can then still request registration. Would you like to increase the numbers of groups or move students? Please contact us with this form.

Open or close tutorial groups

Are more or fewer groups needed than scheduled/created? Please contact the scheduling team via the form in Canvas under 'Settings', 'Timetable change request'. The scheduling team will pass on the changes to us so that we can also process this in Osiris.

Tutorial groups in Canvas

The groups are synchronised from Osiris to Canvas and are displayed here as sections. The distribution of students is also copied from Osiris and, because of this synchronisation, can also only be changed in Osiris. Would you like to relocate students? If so, please contact us with this form.
